Roles of Parent Teachers Association (PTA)
• To promote the welfare of children, in the school, in the school, home and in the community.
• To create better understanding between parents and teachers.
• To help parents and teachers to adopt themselves to the changing concepts of society.
Roles of Mother Group
• The Mother Groups perform several important functions like monitoring the attendance of the children and teachers, monitoring the cooking and serving process of the PM-POSHAN formerly known as Mid Day Meal (MDM), ensuring hygiene in the school premises, organizing Saturday Clubs, helping the school authority in organizing special occasions, setting up kitchen/herbal garden in the school premises, collecting information on out of school children in the locality.
N.B.: The above committee has constituted as an ad-hoc members of the committee. The members/office bearers of the committee will continue till the new committee has been reconstituted. .
